On a phone the nutrient targets and the food group servings were running off
the side of the settings pane — the name squeezed to nothing, and everything
past the shape dropdown somewhere off the right edge. Each row now stacks:
the name and its note, then the shape on a line of its own, then the weight,
the numbers and the Show switch on the line under it.

A pane too narrow for the table gets the same treatment on desktop, where a
window dragged in far enough was overflowing as well. Wider than that, the
two tables are exactly as they were.

Styling only: main.js is the same file 1.1.2 shipped, so nothing you have
logged reads any differently.
