v1.4.2

nocaps 1.4.2

• macOS: Caps Lock + A + J/L word jumps now work in apps that ignored them. Translated shortcuts are sent exactly like a real keyboard: modifier down, key, key up, modifier up.
• macOS: start with RUST_LOG=nocaps=debug to trace navigation, editing and modifier keys (never letters or digits) when diagnosing an app.
