FlowMint Workflows v0.5.0

First public release of the FlowMint Workflows plugin.

Highlights

  • Claude Cowork MCP connector — workflows can now be created, inspected, and replayed from Claude Desktop via the FlowMint Workflows → Claude Connection admin page
  • 16 MCP tools mapping 1:1 to the REST connector endpoints
  • Two-gate security model — connector defaults to disabled site-wide; admin opts in via the kill-switch toggle
  • Plugin Check compliance — fully clean scan with no errors or warnings

Prerequisites

  • WordPress 5.0+
  • PHP 7.4+
  • Form Runtime Engine 1.6.0+ (required dependency)

Installation

  1. Download the ZIP attached to this release
  2. WP Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the ZIP
  3. Activate the plugin
