Added

  • pre_upsert_records — the ingest step. Takes the records a previous step fetched from a system of record, maps each with a per-record {{ item.* }} template, and creates or updates the matching Post Runtime record by (source, external_id) — re-runs never duplicate, unchanged records are never rewritten. Guards expect_min_records and max_failure_ratio make an upstream change loud; records the upstream stops returning are kept or unpublished, never deleted. Requires Post Runtime Engine 0.9.0+.
