What's New

GitHub Auto-Updater

The plugin now supports automatic updates directly from GitHub releases. When a new version is available, you'll see an update notification in your WordPress admin just like any other plugin.

  • Added comprehensive README with installation and usage instructions

  • Added GPL-2.0 LICENSE file

Changes

  • Added MGA4_Updater class for checking and installing updates from GitHub

Testing Updates

After installing this version, you can test the auto-updater by:

  1. Visiting /wp-admin/?clear_mga4_update_cache=1 to clear the cache
  2. Checking the Plugins page for update notifications
