Fix: Google Tag Detection

This release fixes an issue where Google Tag Manager reported "Your Google tag wasn't detected" during installation verification.

What was fixed

  • Removed the version query string (?ver=1.1.0) from the gtag script URL
  • Google's tag detection now properly recognizes the installed tag

Upgrade

After updating, clear your site cache and verify the tag is detected:

  1. Go to Google Tag Manager → Installation Instructions
  2. Click "Test your website"
  3. Should now report "Google tag detected"
