v1.1.0 — Commands (lazy loading)

What changed

Converted all 8 skills to commands so they only load when explicitly invoked (/jw-ez-dev:*), eliminating the token cost on session startup.

Before (skills)

• All 8 SKILL.md files loaded into system prompt every session
• Consumed tokens just by having the plugin installed

After (commands)

• Zero tokens at startup
• Content loads only when you type /jw-ez-dev:jira-list, /jw-ez-dev:pr, etc.
