Bug Fix

codetect update now cleans the build cache before rebuilding.

Problem

codetect update ran make build without make clean first. Go's build cache could serve stale compiled objects when switching between version tags via git checkout, causing the installed binary to still contain old code even after updating to a new release.

This is what caused the v3.3.2 embedding fix to not take effect immediately — the binary was rebuilt from cached objects that predated the fix.

Fix

Changed make build to make clean build in scripts/update.sh, ensuring a fresh compilation from source on every update.
