Cleanup release resolving version drift, introducing a canonical context.md JSON schema, wiring orphaned templates, polishing command prompts, and consolidating docs.

Highlights

  • Canonical context.md schema (templates/context-schema.md) — single source of truth for all JSON fields
  • Template wiring — all 6 previously-orphaned templates now referenced by their commands
  • Prompt polish — dead flags removed, phase-split criteria sharpened, workflow loop phrasing unified
