Cleanup follow-ups from the post-2.0.10 review

P2 — dead schema removal

  • `statechart_definitions` DDL is no longer created. 2.0.10 deleted `JdbcStatechartRegistry` but schema.clj still created the table. `create-tables!` no longer produces it; `drop-tables!` still drops it (kept as a migration aid for pre-2.0.10 deployments); `truncate-tables!` no longer names it. README's chart-definitions section removed.

P3 — future cancellation robustness

  • Cause-chain aware cancellation detection. `invocation/future` now recognises `InterruptedException` / `CancellationException` wrapped in `ExecutionException` / `CompletionException` / domain wrappers (a common pattern). Previously only the top-level exception type was checked, so wrapped cancellations misclassified as real invocation failures. Also restores the thread interrupt flag when swallowing the interrupt, per Java convention.

Nit

  • `pg-env` asserts `(satisfies? sp/Processor processor)` at construction — misconfiguration fails immediately rather than the first time a chart tries to run.
