Now only automatically checks the address once when the order is set to processing
Deactivating the plugin sets orders with bad-address status to on-hold
Reactivating the plugin checks on-hold orders to see were they previously bad-address, if so rechecks them
Email to admins now defaults to disabled
Now uses bh-wp-logger
