Converted from reading ROI and Ontologies and individual text files. Moved to using a singular .json file for all Ontologies and a singular ROIs.json for each template.

Reduce AirTable query

Rather than immediately load up the AirTables when launching the GUI, the user will now have to either select the 'load' button beside 'writing to Airtable' or select 'Load Online Templates'

Feedback identified that some versions of eclipse require an additional Tag in the Xaml head structure. This includes "Type=Structure" in the xaml header
