The socketwait utility now supports NativeAOT. Attached are binaries for macOS, Linux, and Windows.

This utility waits for several, predefined, socket "events". For example, to wait for port 1935 on 127.0.0.1 to connect:

$ socketwait 127.0.0.1 1935 --wait-for TcpConnectSuccess
