Initial release of btwExtra.

  • Added run-R-code escape-hatch tool (btwExtra_tool_env_run_r_code) with once-per-session truncation guidance.
  • MCP helpers (btwExtra_default_tools, btwExtra_mcp_server) to combine btw::btw_tools() with btwExtra::btwExtra_tools().
  • README documents configuring MCP and the need to call mcptools::mcp_session() in the target R session.
  • Added testthat suite and cleaned package metadata for 0.1.0.
