CodeLima 0.3.5 restores guest clipboard delivery and installs Codex and Claude
Code using their native installers as the guest login user.

  • Fixes guest OSC 52 requests, including Codex /copy, being discarded because
the daemon expected input and event subscriptions on the same connection.
Clipboard requests now reach the owning frontend's current event connection,
including after reconnect, and are forwarded to the outer terminal via OSC 52.
  • Fixes copy terminal selection: native result -4 after clicking without
selecting text. Empty mouse selections leave the clipboard alone.
  • Uses the official native Codex and Claude Code installers instead of npm.
Agent installation and version checks run as the non-root guest login user.
    Untouched legacy built-in environments migrate on the next node start;
custom definitions and credentials are preserved.
  • Installs and validates system bubblewrap with the Codex environment.

Upgrade with Homebrew:

brew update
brew upgrade codelima
codelima daemon update
codelima --version

Reopen attached TUIs after upgrading. Existing nodes receive the built-in
installer migration when next started. Daemon protocol 7, renderer protocol 3
and the native renderer dependency remain unchanged. Clipboard writes remain
limited to 64 KiB of UTF-8 text and require the outer terminal to permit OSC 52.

Qualification status: Linux arm64 verification, race, integration and
package tests pass, including real-shell OSC 52 delivery through the renderer
and daemon before and after reconnect. The maintainer reported the clipboard
issue fixed and requested release. Publication requires the same automated
checks on macOS arm64 and Linux amd64/arm64. The broader physical-terminal,
real Lima provisioning/forwarding, Homebrew upgrade and full upstream Ghostty
Debug checks remain tracked in TODO #41/#44/#54/#55; this release does not mark
those flows complete. See the
qualification report.

Archives contain both codelima and codelima-renderer-worker; keep them
together for manual installations. Supported targets are macOS arm64,
Linux amd64, and Linux arm64.
