Cross-platform desktop release for the RentIt+ offline-first JavaFX client.

Changes

• Updated the production API to https://rentitapi.brianronock.com.
• New installations use the updated API address during setup.
• Existing installations configured for https://api.rentitplus.dev migrate automatically to the updated address.
