Request for new release

Would it be possible to get a new release with the windows-sys update of #2771? It is blocking rust-lang/rust#156459. I'm fine with waiting until #2824 gets merged.

I am doing a bit of cleanup now. I hope to do a release in the next couple of weeks.

A new release would be great to have for both #2756 and #2771, which help reducing dependency duplication.

If somebody with an Apple M5 CPU + Rosetta 2 installed could debug issue #2868, that would help me speed up the release.
