Switching pack folders closes all drop-downs in the file explorer

Summary
When switching pack folders from any Behavior or Resource closes/resets all drop-downs in the file explorer what was been left open.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a project open in Bridge.
2. Open folders drop-downs in the file explorer in any pack (Behavior or Resource)
3. Then switch to the different pack folder and go back.

Observed behavior
Closes all drop-downs in the file explorer.

Expected behavior
All drop-downs should have been left open like it was before.
