Bridge Command 5.11.0 has been released and includes the following updates:
Major updates:
- 'Real world' models of Portsmouth Harbour and Swinomish Channel, generated using https://github.com/bridgecommand/bc-world/tree/main/GMRT_OSM_Importer using GMRT and OpenStreetMap data
Radar:
- Enable RACONs and SARTs
- Enable joystick button control for radar settings (gain, clutter, rain clutter, range)
3d view:
- Allow 3d view to be hidden
- Reduce minimum visibility level to near zero (0.01 Nm, 19 metres)
- Improve VR rendering by using anti-aliasing
Internal/technical:
- Improved networking so secondary display on a multiplayer scenario works reliably.
- Add macOS support for Apple Silicon (M1 and newer), in addition to Intel macOS.
- Add features to support automatically generated world models (floating pontoons, land object 'morphing')
- Copy scenarios and settings when upgrading from previous version (for example 5.10 to 5.11)
