The IDE logo (title bar on Windows/Linux, About dialog) still shipped the Lapce mark: extra/images/logo.svg (the LOGO const the svg-store loads for the 'logo' icon) and icons/umide/umide_logo.svg were byte-identical copies of it. Replace both with a clean UMIDE 'U' monogram (24x24, monochrome fill so the theme tints it). On macOS the title-bar logo is hidden by design, so this shows on the Windows/Linux title bar + the About dialog.

Trivial asset swap; no code change. Easy to iterate on the mark if you want a different design.
