Records the user's post-v0.3.0 direction (UMIDE must feel mobile-first: RN/Flutter detection, native logs in-IDE, run-on-device) and splits it: Windows builds detection + the adb-logcat backend now; the Device Logs panel UI waits for the Mac's right-dock redesign push (shared PanelKind surface); iOS log streaming + AI project-context injection are the Mac's. Also prunes the shipped device-MCP ask (#53). No code.
