• Scrub docs, tests, and agent notes of removed-subcommand / issue archaeology so the tree is coherent after the post-v1.0.0 history wipe
• Drop the dedicated clean unknown-command test and unused merged-branch/rev-list guidance
• Simplify CHANGELOG to feature bullets without PR URLs; keep forward-looking constraints and current git-behavior rationale (--no-track)
