BRIK64 CLI 0.1.0-beta.14\n\nFunctional changes:\n- Adds i32 parameters and return annotations for supported PCD functions while keeping i64 support.\n- Clarifies emit output behavior so --out can write either a target directory or an exact output file for supported targets.\n- Improves local and managed routing boundaries for verify, polymerize, login, logout, and account status.\n- Keeps opt-in telemetry, redacted feedback previews, and local error reports disabled from network transfer unless explicitly enabled and sent.\n\nEvidence boundary: public beta functional evidence only. This release does not claim formal N5 certification, fixpoint, self-hosting, or Rust independence.
