Arctic Launcher v0.2.0 beta 1

Test build for Windows (pre-release). Things may still change.

New since v0.1.0:

• Friends: add by friend code or Microsoft name, see who's online and where, join or invite, chat and send screenshots, in the launcher and in game (Right Shift → Friends)
• Discover servers: a public server list shown in a new random order every time, plus pings for your own servers with who's online
• Screenshots tab, and a pop-up with the picture when you take one in game
• Resource pack and shader browser (Modrinth) per instance
• Default game settings for every new instance (FOV, render distance, volumes, keys…), shareable as a code
• Import from other launchers and clients: official launcher, TLauncher, Prism, Modrinth App, CurseForge, ATLauncher, GDLauncher, LabyMod, Lunar, Feather and Badlion (including HUD layouts)
• Share codes for HUD layouts, crosshairs, instances and whole profiles
• Arctic Client works on Minecraft 1.20.1 to 26.3, with sharper text and many fixes

Some online features (friends, chat, server list) come online with the next server update.
