Cache Clean

This solution helps with clearing cache on endpoints which can cause increases in profiles/storage or causing performance issues. This is a PowerShell based solution compiled it via POSH tools into separate .exe files, as well as separate VBS files to allow for multiple usage scenarios.

NOTE: Microsoft Defender or other third party antivirus solutions may cause issues so adding a code signing cert may be needed for these to execute.
