Just some bug fixes for this update.

Bug Fixes

Fixed issue regarding lost body and foot chips.
Fixed issue where subtanks wouldn't be given properly if randomized weapons was not enabled.
Added generation logic for location checks requiring the flame body chip and recoil rod.
