Some improvements to yml file reading

Changelog:

• Improve how maps is handle, as Bukkit/Spigot as default not convert maps outside their own serialize. So you have a better option so every map gets nested correctly and you receive it as a map tree. But as default it is turned off. Exist older version of this and that will be removed later on.
• Have added option to set up query command in more flexible way and you could use it already. But it is still some work left, that needs to be done before it will be implemented with rest of the database logic.
• Added option to run command in the menu setting module, you can use it for example when player clicking or you could use it for something else. Has it is not checked if it is an actual command.
