WordPress.org review fixes: no bundled translation files (only the .pot), no load_plugin_textdomain(), correct Contributors, External services section in the readme. Sites that need German before translate.wordpress.org approves it: copy languages/*.mo and *.json from the repo to wp-content/languages/plugins/.

First release.

  • Consent Embed block: Google Maps, Google Calendar, YouTube (youtube-nocookie), Vimeo (dnt) and OpenStreetMap load only after a click.
  • Consent Section block: wraps any blocks and inserts them only after consent to the named service.
  • Existing YouTube and Vimeo embeds (core Embed block, bare URLs) are gated automatically.
  • Per-service "always load" in the visitor's browser, and WP Consent API support.
  • English, with German (de_DE, de_AT) bundled.

Install: download brocode-consent-embed.zip below, then Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
