v0.2.3 — New-tab resource opening, explicit Turnstile render, button + layout styling

Behaviour: after a successful submit the clicked resource opens in a new tab (opened during the submit gesture so popup blockers allow it, with a 'Preparing your resource…' holding page). The popup closes on the original tab and the grid there is fully unlocked. Failed submissions close the pre-opened tab again; blocked popups fall back to same-tab navigation.

Fix: Turnstile now renders explicitly when the popup opens. Auto-rendering inside the hidden popup made the widget time out and re-render in a loop, flooding the console with sandboxed-frame errors.

Styling: purple (#662483) 'Access resource' button with white/purple hover swap; horizontal page padding moved from .gr-container to .gr-archive.
