Closing after compatibility review: the root release image must not run a Python minor outside the verified support matrix. Current contract is primary quality on 3.12, latest quality on 3.13, with classifiers/docs/tests for 3.12 and 3.13. This one-line image bump would ship Python 3.14 without full pytest/mypy on 3.14 and without aligned classifiers/docs/matrix. Python 3.14 should be adopted as a coordinated change with a Dockerfile↔CI compatibility ratchet, while preserving the 3.12 floor; it is not safe as a drive-by Dependabot merge.
