Refactoring, bug fixes and new functionality:
Refactored stacks across all tabs for consistency
Refactored sync panel to be a general 'progress' panel for additional use cases.
Removed side tab bar and system status in favor of using existing space in horizontal bars at top of UI.
Added functionality to smart stacks (Name groups) to prefer JPEG over RAW (or vice versa) when stacking images
Added functionality in Version group smart stack to automatically include or exclude unselected sibling files that match the same name prefix.
Added faint border and shadow to UI window.
Allow user to use the raw editors to perform edits on JPEG and TIFF files.
refactor Selection Bar for consistency across tabs, and clean up options to logical dropdowns.
Added a loupe size option for thumbail view.
Added better checking and support for unstable external library connectivity.
Fixed issue with stack moving position in thumbnail or filmstrip grid when a pick is changed in the stack.
