The DeepWiki badge uses a relative image URL that breaks in published
package READMEs because the package does not include the root media
directory. Use the absolute raw GitHub asset URL, matching the other
badges and the approach in #3066. The DeepWiki destination and badge
dimensions stay the same.

Validation: `git diff --check` passed; confirmed the SDK package README
inherits the root README; the replacement URL returns HTTP 200 with
`image/svg+xml`.
