Bug Description

If i Inspect a player and klick on Talents its just Blank, nothing to see at all no trees just a blank page

Not able to duplicate. I think this is related to the ddos/addon channel issues that have been occurring lately. That's purely a turtle addon (pfUI only skins it and ClassicAPI has no interaction whatsoever there) and it shows like that when it doesn't receive it's CHAT_MSG_ADDON payload
