Skrive 1.7.1

A small cleanup release on the native foundation introduced in 1.7.0.

  • The app is now simply Skrive — the build-suffix label from the migration is gone.
  • Refreshed some in-app copy to match what Skrive is: a writing app for notes, drafts, and documents, not a "Markdown editor."

Same files, same native build — it updates automatically from 1.7.0.
