Make groups and manipulate a selection of sources:

in Mixing View: link selected sources to manipulate them together
in Layers View: flatten selected sources into a unique source
in Geometry View: transform the selection as one shape, apply transforms to all selected sources

Various new user input features:

Locking of sources (stabilized feature)
Re-ordering of sources in the left panel (just drag'n-drop!)

Several bug-fixes and stability improvement.
