This is a good change. I would argue that KeepStructure should be the default behaviour but in order to maintain backward compatibility I'll leave it as-is.

Fixed wrong documentation, as option -o does not exists.
Added new option -sk, designed to keep file structure in output directory.
Added exception if key is not specified for console.
It allows the translated resources assemblies and satellite assemblies to be located in proper directory.
