Database Integration

Two notes for navigating the website:

1. There is no way to add courses through the website to test the directory/ratings
2. The forum section will not work unless a user with ID 1 is created (it does not have session integrating yet)

Both of these issues can be fixed at once in one of two ways:

1. By running the SQL in data.sql in DataGrip (assuming you have already created the tables using schema.sql). This will populate the database with some dummy data'
2. By running pytest in the console. There is only one test currently, and it runs a function in utils.py which wipes the database and then populates it with dummy data

UI Update

Basic UI for all pages done + some controller logic
