WPSecScan 2.9.1 — quality / cleanup release.
Fixes two bugs found by new test coverage (a scan-aborting crash in the speculation-rules check on non-object JSON; a false-positive in the WP-Playground SQLite check). Deletes 13 unused modules and drops the unimplemented SSO/RBAC/"enterprise mode" claims from the docs. Adds ~930 offline tests for the checks that had none (suite 1396 -> 2327). No new checks; registry unchanged (294/295, 66 subcommands).
