Poly Bank is a program in vanilla python where I am taking a datafile of finical information and creating a program to calculate the following info Total months, total, average changes, greatest increase and greatest Decrease of the information collected over the time period in the csv file.

PolyVote is a program that uses vanilla Python to caluclate the number of toal votes and then take the data and pull the 3 top winners of the election and then on the bottom list the winner of the election
