Omazel 0.2.0 — hybrid native watcher

Live watching now works with zero external dependencies.

• Native rules hot-reload — the rules file is watched with Quickshell's FileView instead of an inotifywait process.
• Built-in fallback folder watcher — without inotify-tools, flat folders are live-watched by a Qt directory watcher (files appearing, disappearing, or changing size react immediately; quiet in-place rewrites are left to the periodic sweep). No configuration needed — it engages automatically.
• inotify-tools is now optional — required only for recursive = true folders; when installed it remains the preferred watcher everywhere for its sharper close_write/moved_to events.
• Fixed two Text.PlainText annotations that had landed mid-expression in multi-line bindings.
