零基础用户入口：
- Windows：Install-PrivacyGuard.cmd、Launch-PrivacyGuard.cmd、Check-PrivacyGuard.cmd、Stop-PrivacyGuard.cmd
- macOS：对应的 .command 安装、启动、检测、停止入口
- 默认端口被占用时安全切换到 18000/28000/38000 系列，不结束未知进程
- 实际地址写入 .run，检测结果写入 logs/last-check.json
依赖说明：
前端、Python 3.11 安装器、Python wheels、llama.cpp、HaS 和 PaddleOCR 已包含。Windows 约 164 个 wheels，macOS 约 166 个。standard 不要求 Node.js、Git、Homebrew、WSL、Docker、CUDA 或 NVIDIA GPU。
验证状态：
- macOS 14.8.1 Apple Silicon M2：离线安装、服务启动、8000 端口冲突切换、后端、HaS、OCR 检测通过。
- Windows Server 2025 x64：下载、SHA-256、完全离线安装、8000 端口冲突切换、后端、HaS、OCR、停止与日志收集通过。
