Front-end data entry for finds (logged-in, organization-scoped create/edit with metadata and image uploads), richer inscription RDF model (E34/E33), configurable email verification (ACCOUNT_EMAIL_VERIFICATION), and a CI fix so the test suite no longer hangs.
