1. Rebalanced Cold-Start Hybrid Scoring Baseline:

• Shifted default hybrid weights to 50% Dense Semantic / 35% Okapi BM25 / 10% Exact Matching / 5% Metadata Baseline.
• Increases discriminative lexical contrast on distinct skill names, reducing reliance on small local embedding models.

2. Adaptive History Weighting and Exponential Half-Life Decay:

• Evidence-Scaled Metadata Weight: Past user choices dynamically scale history weight from 5% up to 25%, proportionately taking room from dense semantics.
• 21-Day Half-Life Decay: Past invocations apply exponential decay (half-life of 21 days), preventing inactive skills from perpetually winning ties.
• Transparent Signal Breakdown: 'routed route --explain' now details adaptive history bonuses and decayed usage counts.

3. Hermes Agent Support:

• Native environment detection for Hermes agent skill directories (~/.hermes/skills, ~/.config/hermes/skills, and .hermes/skills).
• First-class tool schema export in both OpenAI JSON format and Nous Hermes XML format via 'routed hermes schema' and 'routed hermes schema --xml'.
• Direct command-line routing with ready-to-inject system prompts via 'routed hermes route ""'.
