refactor(AsyncGeneratorOperators.java): improve asynchronous iteration and collection

• This commit refactors the `AsyncGeneratorOperators` interface to improve the performance of asynchronous iteration and collection operations. The changes include:
• 1. Introducing a private method `forEachAsyncNested` to handle nested asynchronous iterations without spawning new threads.
• 2. Using `supplyAsync` within the `forEachAsync` method to ensure that each iteration can be performed concurrently, enhancing parallel processing capabilities.
• 3. Similarly, refactoring the `collectAsync` and `collectAsyncNested` methods to collect elements asynchronously efficiently.
