Merkle proof invalid

Hello, I've noticed than for every 1st transaction on a block, the merkle_proof's coinbase txid is fulfilled with "ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff"

Also the merkle_proof bump fails checks.

Good catch, I'm seeing the same thing. Arcade was properly building the proofs for these tx's but teranode's calculation was not replacing the placeholder.
