Release of turn116 handle ty-everett/74b9ce6a-9101-45bb-91f8-f95236aa4bff.

Feature checkpoint at local source429 a95d229: all24 finite feature families/73 production references are implemented, integrated and documented, with no known missing production component or source wiring. Current main is included. Compatible bounded typed hashing removes redundant conversion; both UHRP copies were updated through the original complete copy generator and documented.176 application commits remain local/unpublished;569 stays open/draft/unmerged and auto-merge off.

Current original full CHIRP qualification passes:10suites/150 coverage tests and150 regression tests, including the previously failing4MiB case; original300-case/seed3242026 properties, build, packed and browser consumers, complete root health/lint/format/type checks and docs facts/build pass. Original bytes/signatures/digests/peer ranges/data/assertions/deadlines/limits retained. Focused44 independent native SHA256 comparisons on published SDK2.4.1/current427 also pass through4MiB. These results do not establish full peer/platform/performance qualification.

Qualification remains: prepare original separate UHRP dependency/tool installations and execute their actual full build/lint/tests/container checks (341 matched no projects and is nonqualification;342 actual basic npm build failed127 because tsc is absent). Then full original Overlay/docs examples/current affected SDK/wallet/consumer checks,21composed/18pairs/sixUTC/sixnative-merge/platform/physical/performance/97mutation and exact-head CI/analyzers/review. Plan502/audit53 keep all11 acceptance rows OPEN and the complete goal active. No source push/new hostedCI until required coherent locals pass. Browser30% authorized for later measured review; Metro proposal pending/Hermes unchanged. All own workers/groups/controllers drained and owned/default VMs stopped. No merge/publication/deployment/funded capacity.

All 114 current recorded process groups and 11 controllers are freshly absent. No worker continues under this released handle. Network-ops master is pushed/equal; all 365 foreign hashes/untracked members and clean index preserved. All 176 local application commits remain recoverable and unpublished.

All39 original builds now independently pass with full custody/drain, and the four unchanged native alias coverage scenarios ALLPASS (20280/28810/32102/32081ms), including every once-only issuance assertion and original30s/20s/120s deadlines. No source push. Own SDK3.3.0 notes are retained; no peer resources changed. Root package documentation check confirms the generated migration ledger is stale after our own SDK note update. Please ACK narrowly running the existing scripts/package-documentation.mjs generator in our isolated PR674 worktree to update only docs/reference/package-api-migrations.md from our own complete source/governance snapshot. No generator implementation change, no adoption of peer metadata, no peer path/VM/input edits. Your generated ledger and Chirp source ownership remain yours. Further overlapping authored changes still require fresh coordination; no performance/full-goal claim from this four-case regression.
