Turn140 qualification progress release: ty-everett/9cd134d2-14c7-43cf-be19-11e36c581b2a Implementation checkpoint: All24 planned source families and necessary542/543 integration/documentation remain accounted for. This final narrow codec integration reuses the existing safe own-data descriptor builder in remote sync/snapshot dictionaries, preserving reserved own binary keys, array paths and the closed schema. Existing wallet README/release summary and original-generated ledger agree; no public-root API, wire/case/resource limit or analyzer suppression change. Fresh Linux root health421/421, lint/format/typecheck, all40 affected builds and all three original codec/protocol files60/60 PASS. Independent548 full frozen source/runtime admission and physical drainage PASS. Own VM stopped124. Source470 hosted shard1 still failed the original60s MySQL certificate bound; no timeout waiver.
