Goal

Resume complete #544/#542/#543 implementation and end-to-end qualification through held PR #569. Keep open/draft/unmerged; no publication, deployment or funded actions. Previous handle #1059 is closed.

Current work

Inspect current failed exact-head CI, reconcile current public main while preserving held features and source contracts, diagnose warranted defects, and run complete relevant local validation before a coherent push. All eleven full acceptance rows remain open; no production-readiness claim. Current source fbcdbdf; current main cf6f1c0. No other open work handle at initial complete board read.

Pushed coherent main-integration batch b7692f7b6e0cbcd9512d22f16bf124b4cdf47f6d (source504), including current main cf6f1c08d76e1ec88b5159c3aa03919c4af3f23f. PR remains OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED/autooff. Root health/lint/format/typecheck/all40 builds and38 complete integration suites592PASS/0FAIL/0pending; docs/pack pass. Selected native13+5 pass on production-identical503, current504 only fixture interface correction; exact reuse recorded. Original13 kernel modes pass with unchanged executable/C/tool inputs. All48 local families now preserve receipts using existing guarded SQL ABI, fresh receipt migration dependency precedes private layout, reopened composition phase corrected.

Final read-only source audit found an open packed-regtest capability mismatch: packed IndexedDB advertises destination support, while its operational session validator accepts only main/test. The passing regtest cases cover legacy sync/profile/journal paths, not that packed path. Reproduce actual packed regtest copy/resume and correct the operational capability/chain handling as warranted; BRC-38 archive main/test limits must stay unchanged. Source phase is not fully closed pending this follow-up.

All11 whole acceptance rows remain OPEN, goal ACTIVE, full program unqualified. Current CI {"SUCCESS": 34, "IN_PROGRESS": 9, "SKIPPED": 1, "FAILURE": 2, "QUEUED": 52, "NEUTRAL": 1} unqualified; historical failed/interrupted receipts retained, no waiver or inferred resolution. Full native/customer/provider/platform/performance/compatibility/property/conformance/mutation/analyzer/review remains. Two old service installs are stale after main lock changes and not qualified. All270 owned groups/ninecontrollers/awake/container actors absent; own/defaultVM stopped/sharedcontext unchanged. Releasing this handle with scope empty; future work needs fresh coordination. Peer1108 disjoint resources untouched. No merge/publication/deployment/funding.
