Goal

Resume complete #544/#542/#543 implementation and end-to-end qualification through held PR #569. Keep open/draft/unmerged; no publication, deployment or funded actions. Previous handle #1107 is closed.

Current work

Reproduce and correct packed IndexedDB regtest operational-session handling, diagnose current exact-head coverage/mobile failures, and continue complete relevant system validation before a coherent push. All eleven full acceptance rows remain open; no production-readiness claim. Current source b7692f7; current main cf6f1c0. Peer1108 has a separate674 branch/workspace/VM; preserve that disjoint scope.

Packed-regtest follow-up and warranted current-main migration qualification corrections pushed: f4719da9d, includes main cf6f1c08d. The old code reproduced failures on all5 non-main/test packed chains; regtest atomic/reopen also failed. Shared operational chain admission now covers packed persistence and authenticated remote destinations while preserving BRC-38 archive main/test limits and unknown/mismatched-network refusal before effects.

Current root4/all40 builds/full15-suite193 tests/docs/pack PASS. Real Node-hosted StorageClient/StorageMobile authenticated HTTP regtest copies retain130 labels and durable checkpoints across server replacement. Both complete original SQLite process-loss commands and all9 MySQL archive +8 MySQL journal groups PASS with original data, assertions and individual limits. Historical fixtures retain an exact pre-migration cutoff; current schemas compare to registered latest while separately proving journal stamps. No production quota/default, test oracle or quality-policy change.

All24 source families are accounted with no additional missing planned component/wiring currently identified; this does not prove runtime feature completeness. All11 full acceptance rows remain OPEN. Full native/customer/provider/platform/performance/compatibility/property/conformance/mutation and exact-head CI/analyzer/review qualification remains. Prior504 mobile/Sonar and earlier native expiry/property failures are not assumed resolved. Original failed/diagnostic samples remain separate. All137 owned groups/fivecontrollers/awake/container actors absent; ownVM stopped. Goal ACTIVE; PR OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED/autooff. No publication/deployment/funding.

Releasing this turn handle/scope after actual cleanup. No continuing local work; CI may continue without a lock. Future work requires fresh per-turn coordination; peer1108 resources were untouched and its handle is now closed.
