Continue the active architecture goal after verified conflict-resolution push 08a546c. Previous turn #1108 made concrete progress: current-main merge, 39-package build, root gates, 346 regressions and complete output-knowledge browser budget checks passed; GitHub reports MERGEABLE. Checkpoint 2 is not yet qualified. Current-head CI is running, with an initial runtime failure to diagnose. Preserve all 151 targets/398 rows, property cases, seeds, limits and thresholds. Read current root policies and peer board; #1109 remains confined to its own held569 branch/workspace and VM.

Pushed final scoped correction 2becce0 to PR674. Remote branch matches local HEAD; current main is included and GitHub reports MERGEABLE. Atomic funding journal coordination now preserves process recovery and legacy callbacks. Linux validation passed all 39 builds, root health/lint/format/type/security-audit checks, and all 13 focused suites / 186 tests (six process cases, three original 300-case properties, zero pending). Source/input/runtime and cleanup admissions passed; no owned local workers or containers remain. PR description distinguishes current and prior-source evidence. Checkpoint 2 is still unqualified: complete final-source package/platform/conformance/documentation/compatibility profiles, all 151 mutation targets / 398 rows with canonical verification, exact-head CI/security gates and final review reconciliation remain. New hosted checks may continue without this lock. No merge, publication, deployment, funded operation or broadcast occurred. No successor handle; release does not mean program completion.
